We do this by going back to the basics: by listening intently, passive education, and making movement fun. We treat each step as mere stepping stones with the ultimate outcome of a more resilient, more confident, and more seasoned self, armed with the knowledge to help adapt to & weather through almost any activity/drill/movement.
